Good clean place.

Good clean place. Bed was very comfy and we had a beautiful view of the mountains behind us. Located right in the heart of the busy street. Complimentary breakfast and coffee was delicious! Very friendly family who runs it :)

We were missing TV and hot water a bit - although it was extremely hot anyway. In the end good value for money.

Nice money worth

There was hot water, and the little girl of the owner is adorable and love to play and paint with the guests.

The room needed a little bit repainting and maybe to fix it up a little to create a nicer vibe.

One of the best homestays we’ve ever stayed at!

The most amazing place we’ve stayed during the whole of Vietnam and possibly out of our 10 months in Asia. The hospitality we received was incredible, the lady who owns this place really goes above and beyond to make you happy and she has a very cute child! Great banana pancakes for breakfast and lovely ginger tea, the lady cooked us breakfast even before the official breakfast times! Cheap motorbike rental for a good quality bike. Only charge laundry when it is dry rather than when it all wet and dirty. She helped to arrange our bus. Always greeted with friendly smiles every time we were here, just a lovely homestay. Great view from the room of the mountains and in the centre of town. Amazing place, can’t say enough good things about here.

Super friendly staff: they allowed me to check-in early...

Super friendly staff: they allowed me to check-in early after arriving with the night bus from Hanoi at 4 am with no extra charge! They helped me with all my questions and reservation of a Tour and bus to Hue. Plus they invited me to a delicious family dinner! Many different choices for breakfast: The banana pancake was awesome!

You could feel the springs of the mattress.

Great Value

Everything was perfect. It's located on the main road, but it wasn't noisy at all at night. The family is very friendly, they let me leave my backpack for the whole day after I'd checked out and even take a shower later before my bus. Breakfast was good too. Also, good scooters are available.

The bedroom view.... just wow!

The bedroom view of the mountains was stunning, amazing to wake upto every morning! Right next to easy tiger which was handy for all the cave information. Great breakfast, shower, wifi, air con. The owner organised easy riders for us for the day to see dark cave, paradise cave and the botanic gardens! It was fabulous. Would highly recommend the homestay easy riders!

Lovely family hotel

We had a lovely stay here and the family is so nice, after we had checked out they let us shower in our room, and hang around in the lobby until our bus arrived. The family is lovely, they gave us cake and were so helpful and friendly.

The staff was really nice.

The staff was really nice. Always trying to help us. Nice family. The little girl was so cute!! They let us do the check in really early so we appreciated that a lot!! Nice breakfast, very good location.

What was the highlight of Hoan Chau Homestay

Great stay in Phong Nha.

Our host and her daughter were really adorable. She provided good breakfast as well as motorbike rental and bus tickets to our next destination. The room was also really good ; everything looks new, the bed was very comfy and the bathroom super clean. Location is perfect in central Phong Nha.

There was a hole in the bathroom wall which let all the mosquitoes in at night. As long as you don't forget to leave the bathroom door closed you should be able to avoid most of them.
